Hello to Kofim family and friends! These past couple weeks we have been busy turning 3- three of our friends had birthdays! We have been having fun learning about friction, pulleys, dancing with scarves and shaky eggs, and stomping our feet like dinosaurs. We’ve used out fine motors skills to lace acorns, peel oranges, hold our utensils at lunch time, and to play dress up with the dolls in class. We used out thumbs to make apple orchards, and pumpkin patches. And love, love, love racing outside in this cool weather. We have discussed colors in everything we do- rolling apples to cones, the food at snack time and lunch, the clothes they wear, the books we read… you name it we’ve done it. I appreciate everyone who was able to come to our Parent/Teacher Conferences. Having 1 on 1 time with you all to discuss your children, getting to know you a bit better, and making individual plans about how to make each one of your children the best they can be was great. To know we are in this together makes every day easier, and sets your children up for success. Please make sure to keep me in the loop on how the “homework” you are working on with your children is going, and if you ever want to touch base on their progress I am here to chat. Today we had an All Preschool Wide Shabbat, and our kiddos were able to sing and celebrate with the big guys. It’s always fun to get together, and have the whole school sing in unison. Shabbat Shalom to everyone, and we will be sure to see you all singing loudly at the Thanksgiving Show in a couple of weeks.
